Easy to Use

This app is simple to use and provides valuable information. It is pleasant to the eye and easy to read. Most of the information is in bullet points, so one does not have to spend a long time to get to the key points.

Easy to get you started after ANY ILLNESS

Grateful to have found this app. The app designs an exercise program based exactly o your current physical ability no matter if you are three months into recovery or 5 years into recovery.
