Getting started is simple. Download the ONE app now and sign up for a free 30-day trial. We have monthly and annual plans available.

ONE Premium costs $0.99 per month (monthly plan) OR $9.99 per year (annual plan).

Payment will be charged to your iTunes account at the confirmation of purchase. You can cancel any time during your 30-day free trial via the iTunes store settings and then you will not be charged. Further, plans automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew in your iTunes account 24 hours before the end of your current subscription period. Great program

Great tool to calculate quick closing costs on both sides of a home sell!

Don’t Pay For This

I have used this app for years and paid annually for the upgraded version. It’s a nice app but every few months I am forced to write the title sales rep for permission to access the app again after I paid for it. There is nothing worse than standing in a home with a buyer and being denied access to calculate costs for a home they want to write an offer on. Or more embarrassing than letting a seller down because you cannot immediately give them a net sheet. Services in the app you have paid for and expected to use. Even though I have closed multiple transactions with this title company …… the person who approves is a new rep (to me) and does not know me. Thanks Palm Agent for collecting my annual fee and denying me access. I have cancelled, been ripped off, and will not use your products again.

Need improvement

Application was working fine. I contacted the developer to fix it and reinstall the application-after that works fine for 2 times and crashed again. Other than that the application have some great tools and I hope they can fix it soon.
