I have been so impressed with the knowledge, patience, & teamwork the Olathe branch staff at SF & 35hwy have repeatedly shown! My bank visits usually involve questions to problem solve complex circumstances, transfers, mailed receipts & often result in lengthy sessions at the window. Staff are always polite, calm, & never present as inconvenienced or critical. This branch has several staff that have been there for years, & always smiling faces. Thank you for always making my sensitive banking go smoothly!

This new app is not that great. I like that you can see transaction sooner than you had previously been able to do to processing time meaning that you can see your pending transactions almost immediately. However, I didn’t like not being able to access my accounts or information for several days, so hopefully they never do this again. Additionally, no one seems to know anything about this new app or how it works or even how to do the old functions at the bank. Seems like there should’ve been more training for the staff on that end. As far as the app goes it loads entirely too slow even with all the accelerated traffic, the app could’ve been built in a way that it wouldn’t have been overwhelmed. Also, I don’t know why they would change things and then take away functions that people need. In this instance, they decided to unhide accounts that I have closed and not give me an option to hide them. Overall, this is the first time in the last few years that I have been completely disappointed with this bank. Their customer service through this transition has sucked and is not service at all. I was basically told at the branch that they couldn’t help me with issues that I was having and questions that I had on my accounts, and basically to leave without being helped.

We are in 2023 and this bank is stuck in the 90’s. There is very little you can do to transfer money out and it costs you where ALL of my other banks is free. Every update they have, I have to lose touch with my money as I did yesterday when I was wanting to get 10k out of checking and move it opening up an account with monetary incentive (350 dollars). There is no incentive here except a headache with each update and locked up app. You lose your iD/password and then have to CALL and get them to fix it. Yesterday hold time was 63 minutes and they listened when I said I wanted to close my account because of this. But I do and eventually will as soon as my automatic withdrawals are put elsewhere. And what bank doesn’t have any sort of number to help on weekends?!?! Apparently this one. -You can’t take a picture of a check you endorse by another (all other banks do it)- You have no way to deposit unless driving to the store and doing it by that means. Checks do not work-And now apparently when they update? You lose all of your saved info to get into account and it’s a nightmare to retrieve it. I’ve never heard of a bank leaving a customer with the inability to see his money or do anything with it. What if we had a huge emergency? We needed to transfer those funds to a bank we will be close to. If you can make a pretty convincing scenario where Crap Feb fails significantly? Put CFO and CEO on notice that their bank is WAY behind the times and need to catch up to compete. My paycheck is going else where soon thanks to all of this nonsense. It was the final straw. And I’ve just made 63 dollars on money in my savings in another bank. Pouring everything into a bank that cares about giving back as well.

App my be great on an iOS hand held device (i.e. phone) but needs improvement to work well on an iPad as the displays seems to be only optimized for phone … or a secondary app specifically for iOS running on iPad devices developed and made available<UPDATED> Review above written upon original launch of update / release of app … still no update to optimize for iOS running on iPad. This screams poor program / project management … poor development … poor verification … poor UAT… poor postmortem/ AAR of the product and implementation … if this was done in house then A for effort and at best C+ for execution … if this was outsourced as a turnkey solution … then better vendor management is required …
