One minor issue to be fixed

First off, I always have and always will LOVE the series that my inner child owes so much joy to. This game is great for what it is and represents. And if they hold true to the promise of donating to the Captain Planet foundations, awesome. The only problem is when the carbon bank is full I click on open now, and instead of giving me my 500 gems, it tries to make me pay $6 for 150% more without giving me a way to decline or my gems, nice offer but I just want the free 500. If they would fix this I would give 5 stars, but this issue is technically false advertising, as it clearly says once filled the carbon bank can be opened for free, but there really isn’t a way to do so. Other than that, keep doing what you’re doing.

👌🏼 Perfect tribute idle game

This game is simply awesome. Perfect tribute idle game. I only play a few minutes here and there throughout the day, but when I do it’s quite cool. As far as I’m concerned and can remember, and I used to watch the show as a kid, it is quite a great tribute to the Captain Planet show. I mean, sometimes an opportunity for an ad will pop up to unlock some gems, but instead it’s the Planeteers doing what they always did sometimes in the show- conducting their own commercial and educating the audience about how everyone can do their part in helping the planet and this one was about e-waste. Come on!! That’s the coolest! The idle aspects are there for me so far. Accrue currencies at a solid rate and while away. Build bases and/or upgrade units with abilities, powers or customizations to accent the aforementioned goal. Fun animations and quality sounds with unique enemies, bosses and encounters. Thank you and I’m in. Keep the updates coming! EVERYONE CAN DO THEIR PART 🌎🌍🌏🌱😋🤟🏼

The Power is Yours

I grew up on Captain Planet as a child, loved every minute of it. I would also eagerly anticipate their annual Earth Day tv marathon too.

However……that being said…this game does not really carry the same feeling and spirit to educate and inform, while still being entertaining as the show did. First and foremost this is a MOBILE GAME, which already means that it’s essentially a cash grab. While yes I do approve of the initiative of partnering with AT&T to raise money, but truth is that this mobile game is NOT what the Captain Planet franchise needs. What it needs is to come back and educate a new generation of people. Climate change is far worse now than it was in the 90s when Captain Planet first came out on tv.

As the opening to the show says “Our world is in peril”. Even something as small as putting the show on Netflix would go a LONG way. Captain Planet was ahead of its time for sure, and we need it now more than ever.
