A thumbnail of the image is uploaded to OpenAI for this purpose.

Bug Fixes
When an image was edited and saved, it now shows the updated Caption on
mouse-over in the Gallery.
The creation date is now maintained on save.
Going to the next image in the editor and preview window now loads the image in preview.
