Description
Card Manager by SELCO is a free mobile app that lets you manage spending and secure your cards from potential fraud from your mobile device. It’s available for SELCO Community Credit Union members.
Card Manager puts card controls and convenience at your fingertips.
You can conveniently set how your cards can be used, track spending, and set alerts—all in an instant.
Controls: You can decide which transactions are allowed and which are prevented and change your settings instantly.
• Turn your card off (which blocks all transactions, except for recurring payments, deposits, or credits), and turn it on instantly when you’re ready to make a transaction.
• Set the spend limit (maximum dollar amount your card can be used for).
• Decline online, international, or ATM transactions.
• Limit card use to only gas stations.
• Add travel notices to help prevent accidental declines when traveling.
Alerts: You can opt to receive instant alerts each time your card is used or set up custom alerts for specific activities.
• Set alerts for all purchases over a certain amount.
• Set alerts for any purchases made online, internationally, at a gas station, or at an ATM.
• Set alerts for declined purchases and low balances.

Pretty much useless
The old app worked perfectly. Got the notice to update to the “new and improved”. Well it’s new alright.. not improved.
I no longer receive spending notifications. I’ve adjusted the threshold for notices. Removed and reinstalled the app and checked the phone settings. Still no purchase notices. Please fix!
Lost features
I finally got alerts to work. But transactions are not separated by the respective card like they were in the old app. It just lists ALL transactions of the account in each card history. It even lists auto pay and check transactions, (and payroll deposits) that weren’t even made with either card. Useless really.
