With Cardboard Companion you can discover new games, find people to play them with, use helpful tools while you play, track stats, and manage your digital collection.

On the explore page you can discover new games that are curated for you, find new and trending releases, or browse games based on categories and mechanics. With powerful search and filter tools, you can easily find just the game you’re looking for. You can also search publishers, artists, designers, and people in the board gaming community. On a board game detail page, you can see a game’s rating and difficulty, bookmark it for later, read reviews, see photos, and even purchase the game.

Cardboard Companion has a number of handy tools to use while you play. Our first player chooser, scorekeeper, coin toss, dice roll, and timer have your gameplay covered. Spend less time opening different apps and more time focusing on the game.

With events, you can plan your next game night with your gaming group or find some new friends to play with. Is there a new game out you’ve been hoping to try but haven’t purchased? Find a group near you playing that game! Or, host your own event and make it public, approval-based, or completely private. There are lots of ways to play with Cardboard Companion and events.

Cardboard Companion makes it easy to record your plays. If you’ve already been recording your plays elsewhere, don’t worry—you can effortlessly import your plays from several other stat tracking services. In stats, you’ll get to see your overall play stats change over time. You can also view per-game stats to see which of your friends is the unofficial champ of a certain game.

Build and manage your board game library with ease, and view your games in a gorgeous display. Create custom lists to keep track of your favorite 2 player games, best cooperative games, or a wishlist; the options are endless. Additionally, with the robust filtering system in place, you can filter your library based on game criteria to figure out what you should play!

Cardboard Companion is the companion app for your board gaming life.

Beautifully Executed and Practical

This is the first app that has all the information, tools, and references that you need if you enjoy boardgames. It is aesthetically beautiful and practical. Things are simple to find and the game pages are laid out perfectly with just the right amount of information- looking for something new within my interests is easy with photos and videos right there for me to check out. Adding games to my library and making custom lists is addicting and fun.

Whether you’re brand new and just getting into boardgames or a tabletop veteran, this app is perfect for you!

A Must-Have for Board Game Lovers!

This app is clean and simple to understand, and makes tracking your board games fun! I love how the tools and the database are all contained in one place; it makes things easy and gives you a good use for your phone, which is already on the table when you’re playing games anyway. On top of all that, finding cool new games you haven’t tried yet really gives you a great reason to return to the app again and again. A+ work to the devs!

The best board game companion you could ask for…

I don’t remember how I found it, but I’m so thankful I did. This app is just a delight. It’s easy to use, houses all my games, keeps score for me, and tracks my plays. I use it to search for new games, read reviews, and manage my growing wish list. Personalized help when with a quick fix. So thrilled. Download, play, and enjoy!
