Exciting news: There is a new function to allow for the same Cards That Talk you already love to emulate some exciting games that have been requested for years!

**** This app requires Special Playing Cards that can be purchased at https://www.qrspeak.com

If you have recently lost your eyesight, have been blind since birth, or have limited vision, enjoying playing cards can be hard to do. There is the option of braille cards but they are bulky to shuffle and if recently vison impaired you need to learn how to read the braille on the cards. We have created a new way of playing cards for the blind or vison impaired called Cards that Talk.

You simply place the card under the camera on the apple device and it will read the card to you. You can wear an earpiece so only you know what cards you hold.

Cards that Talk also features a continuous scanner so that once the app is started there is no need to touch the device again until you are done enjoying playing cards. There are buttons that you can either slow down the speed of the voice or speed it up depending on your preference. All that is left for you to do is enjoy playing cards again.

Features

- Continuous scanning; no tapping the screen after each card
- variable speed control for voice
- large start scanning button so no fumbling trying to find it

Cards that Talk is free but will require our playing cards that can be purchased. Contact us at https://www.qrspeak.com and click the link to buy cards or we can answer any questions that you may have. The cards are professionally printed and will hold up like any other deck of cards. Since there is no braille on them they are smooth. This makes them easier to shuffle and to play with.

Wonderful

We purchased these cards & downloaded the app for my dad’s best friend who has almost completely lost his eyesight. These cards have brought hope and renewed interest in playing their favorite card game - cribbage. In recent years, he often sat out of rounds or quit early due to visual difficulty. I cannot rate this high enough or express the excitement around this we all share. Thank you so much, we will be ordering more decks very soon.

I'd give this app 10 stars if I could

I can finally play cards again without worrying!!
This wonderful app speaks the numbers to me! The cards shuffle just like a normal deck of cards and I can tell which side is which by holding them under the app.
Thank You App Gods

Very disappointed.

In adequate and hard to find instructions for the visually impaired. I bought the cards, downloaded the app, it. Does. Not. Work.

Thankfully I did not spend more on the accessories. I am very disappointed; this would have been wonderful if it worked.
