Care Coordinations 4+

Care Coordination(CC) has definitely been a BIG WIN for us. Communication is a huge key to success. CC let’s our staff communicate easily, allowing us to manage the care we need for our patients more quickly and effectively as well as confidential. We couldn’t be more satisfied with Care Coordination.

The Care Coordinations app has been a game-changer for our business. Its ease of use makes managing coordination of care for all our patients very easy, while delivering an exceptional return on investment. The app's intuitive interface allowed us to quickly adapt, saving valuable time and reducing stress of missing out key conversations. I was pleasantly surprised by the app's continuous updates and new features, accompanied by thorough training materials. The training provided was comprehensive and easy to follow, ensuring I maximised the app's capabilities. Additionally, the customer support team has been exceptional, always prompt and helpful in addressing any questions or concerns. I couldn't be more satisfied with the Care Coordinations app and its outstanding value add on to our business.

My HH agency switched from TigerConnect over to Care Coordination, and it's created way more headaches for me. TigerConnect wasn't perfect, but at least it had a basic, easy to navigate user interface with intuitive icons and obvious ways to set message alerts, etc. In contrast, Care Coordination might look more advanced, but looks can be deceiving, and I've found it provides less control and has glitches that are very frustrating, such as reverting to the beginning of a message stream every time you navigate away briefly and then return. It functions in the sense that I get messages, so one star for that, I guess, but it's essentially a glorified texting app. Needs way more work.
