Cannot export health assessment report booklet
This review comes after MULTIPLE attempts to resolve the issue with CareATC. Health assessment results are sent in the form of a short summary booklet. Even on the website, this is all you can access. However, from the app, the entire booklet, including multiple years of history, is available as a PDF. The one-star rating for this app is a result of not being able to print, text, save, email, or otherwise export said PDF. All you can do is view it. And no support on the company website. Extremely disappointed that I cannot share this information with my doctor. I have brought this to the attention of CareATC with no results.
Follow up: the latest version seems to have resolved the issue. I can now export the PDF. Changing rating from one star to four for improved functionality. Took two months to resolve.

Hi Julie- We are sorry you are having this experience. You should be able to share your PHA booklet however you please. Have you tried to do so in the most recent updated version of the app (v4.9)? If not, would you mind trying to do so and then sending an email to productsupport (@) careatc.com if it is still not working?
The only thing I like about the app is being able to see past records. Other than that it’s just frustrating. It’s impossible to make an appointment. If I choose, “I’m not feeling well” there are NEVER appointments available. If I choose “Follow up” there are appointments at least a week out. My son was sick this week so I tried to make an appointment. I made one a week out and figured if he wasn’t still sick I could cancel it. I kept checking back hoping someone would cancel and I could get him in. After 4 days of fever I finally called the clinic directly to ask them to call me if someone cancels and I got the response- of course we have appointments available! What’s the point of the app if you can’t make appointments on it? The only real way to get an appointment closer than a week out is to call the clinic directly or go in person and say you need an appointment. If you call the toll free number to try to schedule you get exactly what’s on the app, and they just say, “go find another doctor.” If it weren’t for the medical records, I’d delete the app completely. From now on I’ll just call the clinic directly and give the poor nurses even more work since it’s the only way to make an appointment.

Works well, but the appointment setup has stopped working
Generally the app works well. I like how you can pick the specific doctor you want to see and where and such. You can view test results easily. But i’m now struggling with the appointment setup- it won’t show any appointment availability or change dates when i try and set up an appointment. I’ve turned off my phone and restarted and it didn’t help. Otherwise it works well.
