Starting a visit is simple and fast, to allow you to spend more time talking with your doctor. Start a visit from the comfort of your home instead of spending hours in the waiting room. After you submit your evisit request, your doctor will review your information. You'll receive a push notification so you know when your doctor is ready to see you. During the visit you'll talk to your doctor through a secure chat or video. Care Convene works best on WiFi or 4G LTE connections.

So thankful

This app is amazing. I used it while my youth group was on a mission trip. We had access to incredible healthcare while we were out of the country. We received a response almost immediately and the Dr. was kind, intelligent and patient. I would recommend this app to anyone.

Great concept that didn’t deliver

I was thrilled to have this choice as a visit so I didn’t have to go into the office. The wait was not long, the doctor came on and Gave me prescription suggestions and asked where to call it in. 10 minutes into the visit the doctor stopped responding to anything and didn’t close out the conversation or ever bother to call in the prescription. I would recommend using other options to receive better service.

User friendly

The app has been designed to mimic a patient and provider dialogue, and it’s easy to follow! Use the app for my whole family as we stay connected to our doctor in Texas. We’ve used it locally to save time, parking fees, and on our vacations.
