We’ve been busy bug fixing and adding some new features. You can now be alerted if you’re not close enough to a service location on shift start and complete. We’ve also added in the ability to link Clients to Facility notes so you no longer have to duplicate your notes.

Facility Client Attendance is now available, which enables users to capture the attendance and signature of the Client and view the Clients Details. Alternate Address for Vacancies is now available

Introducing a few new features and fixing a few issues: • Indicators now on shifts where there is an alternative address for delivery of service • Shift Start Time now accessible via the Shift Details, after shift has been started. • No longer able to logout until sync has completed • Improvements in sync performance

Bug Fixes • Resolved - Shifts were disappearing after the user clicked on the back button while the shift was in progress or on shift completion. • Resolved - The user was experiencing a blank screen with no shifts, after first login instead of a loader.
