A new feature enables BioPlus members to schedule orders for delivery instead of initiating a “refill.” Updates have been made to options that are displayed for Auto Refill, the Bill & Ship amount threshold, plus some alerts and button labels. When site/app is down for maintenance, user links on the login page will be disabled.

This update also lets members submit their own Prior Authorization request.

This change enables alerts around outstanding balance to be updated, to reflect success (or failure) when user is viewing Pay Outstanding Balance.
