Clock in/out location preferences

I like the app my only issue is that when you are away from the clients home you cannot clock in or clock out. With me being the preferred worker sometimes my day starts earlier with a grocery store run for the client before I make it to their residence and I cannot clock in until I reach their residence but I’m already doing work for the client. Also same thing if we’re at a Drs appt for example past my shift time it won’t let me clock out at the designated time because im not at the residence.

My coworkers and I have a few comments

While there are a few things that I do like about the app, like the tasks lists and separate option for injury detail, here is a list of complaints from my coworkers and myself.
1. I have to sign my name twice when clocking in because it never accepts the first signature, even though the second signature that it does accept is always identical.
2. You can’t edit your notes so if you accidentally save before you finish you have to start over or continue on a second note.
3. You can only upload 3 pictures, and sometimes those three pictures files are too big even if you took the picture using the camera in the app.
4. If you have more than one client, often times when you go to clock in the client you’re scheduled to work with isn’t on your dashboard. Or in your calendar. In fact you need to close and open the app a few times to find them and now you’re clocking in late.
5. When looking up previous days worked, it refreshes to the previous Monday every time you back out. A suggestion? Have a section that offers a time stamp so you don’t have to search for clock in and out times in every single day and lose your place.
6. If you accidentally back out of a note you lose all progress and have to start over. Perhaps a suggestion? Instead of just deleting everything over a would you like to save?

Review

Everything is good, except when you are changes weekly/monthly. You have to start all over, you can’t just go forward or back. No (back) option.
But other than that it works good.
