Caresona provides benefits to the client and family such as selecting a caregiver that meets your individual needs, keeping family members involved and up-to-date, punctual care visits tracked in real-time, and ability to communicate care needs around the clock.
Clients will have direct access to a personal master schedule, pool of caregivers available, progress of care being delivered, send messages to the caregiver, review invoice history for care delivered and make payments directly.
Caregivers can work efficiently on-the-go, match their client to your preferences, enhance communication and client care, stay informed and connected to the company, select their clients, and see a history of all payroll transaction and client history. All this is available after completing the required information, testing, orientation, FBI Background screening, and lifting/transfer test. All caregivers must be at a skill level of Home Health Aide or hire for consideration to join Caresona.
