Fast Help. Perfect.

I called my doctor to see if she could prescribe med for a bladder infection (have had these many times before). She said I had to come in and pee in a cup. Didn’t want to because in the middle of Covid 19. Last place I wanted to go. Went on the app and used the text option instead of video. The AI “person” asked questions, had me put my info and symptoms in, and said stay by the phone and a doctor would chat with me shortly. I had just been trying to get on LiveHealth and they never called me back, so I was thinking “right. These people will probably never come on either.” Well, 5 to 10 min later, a nice dr came on. She had already looked over my info, allergies, and symptoms so she just asked a couple more questions, then asked what pharmacy I used, called in a script, and that was it. Restored my faith in humanity.

Love!!! This!! App!!!

The app is so easy to use, and makes the experience personable! For those who aren’t sure of their symptoms, don’t know if they should make an appointment, or are looking for peace of mind: this is the app for you! So glad it was recommended to me, I will definitely be passing the word along :) It was recently updated for COVID 19 symptoms as well, truly an amazing app to keep on your phone

Disappointed

I have used this app previously and it worked fine, so I didn’t hesitate to use it again, but I recently attempted to connect with a Doctor and I was unable to complete my visit due to technical issues within the app. Upon reaching out to the ‘Support Team’ I had to wait 2 days to receive a generic response informing me that due to COVID 19 that was why I was experiencing said issues. My issue was completely unrelated to the response given and had to do with software issues within the app. The sad part is that I will probably get a faster, more “concerning” response from placing this review than them just taking care of the issue to begin with. Please fix the apps technical issues (you can find the detail in my still outstanding tech submission) and/or incorporate a higher level of customer service within your Customer Support training. It only takes a moment to assist, and may be the difference between a promoter or a demoter of your service.
