Caribbean Cinemas mobile app is destined to be your ‘one stop shop’ for all things CC. Find out what movies and events are available near you, and what’s coming next! Watch trailers, buy tickets, include concessions in advance, register for CinemasClub, and track your rewards.
Purchase Tickets and reserve your seating in advance
Search function: use this to find films using key words
Movies: see what’s playing and what’s coming soon!
Theaters: links with Google Maps to show you the closest theaters. You can also keep track of your favorite locations.
Account: Keep track of CinemasClub points, past orders, CinemaGift balance and more!
Events: Don’t miss out on alternative content presented at our theaters.
Food & Concessions: Include your concessions in advance, and save time at the theater! Note: all items available ‘in store’ are not yet available ‘in app’

Too many crashes
It’s easy for looking up showtimes but is impossible work with when checking out tickets or buying food. Crashes a lot. Bugs must be fixed.
Can’t purchase tickets
I tried different payment methods, different seats, and the app didn’t allow me to pay an extra $3 to purchase the tickets. To make it worse, the movie kept on losing the video so after 4 failed attempts we left. Two nights ago they ran out of popcorn and hotdogs because the line was too long 20 minutes before closing. I’m rambling because Caribbean Cinemas doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.
Food
Imposible to buy food. The system requests all the time the credit card. The cart with food items and the system does not let you pat because it does not recognize that you have items in the cart. Other time, selected items and paid for them and then half of the items are not included in your paid items receipt. Horrible experience with the app.
