iPhone 13 Pro, running iOS 17.5.1 (but also for older iOS updates, over the past few years). The page just buffers and buffers, never loading anything, when you click on the Tuesday Trivia or occasional contest “tabs/buttons” from the home page. I try every week, just in case… but yeah, never loads. So, can never enter. :(

The weekly contests/giveaways will not open in the app when you click on the notification or trying directly in the app. Function is not working.

Sometimes the app’s special giveaways (Trivia Tuesday, etc.) just don’t work. I delete the app and re-install it to get it to work, but it stops working again after a time. Please fix the app!

Like another user, my install stops working after some time, and I have to delete/reinstall to make it work. Very poor UAT/UX

Says you can access membership card, but after I log in there is no card. Membership is active too. Would it be too much trouble to have something that actually works?

One would expect a prestigious university to have a decent iPad app with appropriate functionality. Not just an iPhone app that really doesn’t function well.
