Carolina Federal Credit Union is a trusted financial organization, federally chartered in 1969. In order to join CFCU one must live, work, worship or go to school in Gaston or Cleveland County. Anyone in your family can join once you become a member. We have also expanded our membership to include anyone in the state of North Carolina through membership in the North Carolina Consumer Council. We are a non-profit organization offering better rates, lower fees, helpful service and expert advice.

Lots of extra buttons that are unnecessary to get to things. I can’t find the Zelle part of the app.
App is terrible
I love this bank everyone here is great. But this app is awful. It’s pretty much just a clunky webpage. Zelle is impossible to use because you have to pull up bill pay but it will not come up. It says disable add blockers but there is no option to do so. Someone needs to design an actual app for the bank not a webpage launcher.

Slow and clunky, lots of unnecessary button smashing . Also I can’t find the Zelle that the app supposedly has
