App is nice
As long as it keeps working, I’ll like this app! The design is actually quite good, but it drops out randomly and is onerous to start up again. Sometimes the connection NIST starts working again, but who knows why. If it stops working when I’m not at home, there’s no way to get it working.
Terrible and crashes constantly
The new version is a lot worse than the already crappy previous one.
Not only it's a lot more complicated to use but it crashes every time I use it. Always.
And It doesn't remember the previous setting for each device
Terrible but at least I can control two devices simultaneously without two remote controls.
Seems to work
I just installed this app for my Carrier AC unit. While the app functions it’s definitely barebones and really hi-lights that appliance makers should just stick to appliances and let companies like Apple/Amazon Alexa handle the home automation. This is the second app I have for a single appliance Carrier AC and GE AC that’s 2 logins. Both apps are mediocre at best and don’t integrate with anything except appliances from their respective manufacturers.
