App is user friendly, but does not allow for special instructions

New app does not allow for user to make comments for special instructions for food orders. You are stuck with the options provided.

Worst App Ever Created

I made the stupid mistake of downloading this app even after reading all of the terrible reviews. I only downloaded it to redeem the $10 off coupon. Tried ordering and it turns out you need to create an account to get this discount. After spending all the time to figure this out and then creating an account, I finally reach the “Rewards” section. When I try to redeem the $10 off it hits me with a “Invalid Authentication Token”.

DO NOT waste your time with this app. Just order off Google Food or in person.

Incomplete order AGAIN!!!

Unfortunately, this is the second time in two days that we run into the same issue. In both occasions the store forgot to add one of the ingredients to our tuna poke bowl. Because of our first experience, we checked our order the next day, and we were able to add the missing item before leaving the store. Definitely, those picking up orders should check them before leaving.
