Was better before all the updates

I downloaded this the app, when it was simpler. I just clicked either front door or vestibule. Ever since I updated I automatically get calls meant to go to my apt to my phone and when I go to my front door to open, the app takes forever to load. It’s a big hassle to get into the building. Not sure what all the recent updates were meant for, seems like it’s trying to do more than it’s capable and in turn becoming a nuisance.

Property Manager with Carson Integrated Tech

I’ve been a property manager since 2018 and ever since our first building rolled out with Carson, it has been smooth sailing. In fact, we now operate 30+ buildings (and counting) and have implemented Carson into each one. We enjoy the versatility of Carson and the way it has created a streamlined system that has solved for many inefficiencies we were dealing with prior. Not entirely sure where we would be without Carson and all of our residents have a deep appreciation for its multi-functionality as well.

Vernon Tower Resident

Highly dissatisfied with the app. Would not recommend it to anyone. I wish there were negative stars that I could give because I would. Don’t waste your time or storage space with this trash. I’m a Vernon Towers resident and management removed our 24/7 doormen and in place put this “virtual” doorman which already residents have not received medications, groceries and packages after only 2 days of its install. You cannot replace a physical body with a system. If you do not have the App then your stuck waiting for someone behind their system to buzz you in. It’s not safe. What’s worse is I didn’t even authorize my information to register me.
