FODMAPs are short chain carbohydrates that are poorly absorbed in the small intestine, especially for people with Irritable Bowel Syndrome, IBS, Crohn's disease, Colitis, Lactose Intolerance, Gluten Intolerance, other food intolerances and stomach sensitivities. They include short chain oligo-saccharide polymers of fructose (fructans) and galactooligosaccharides (GOS, stachyose, raffinose), disaccharides (lactose), monosaccharides (fructose), and sugar alcohols (polyols), such as sorbitol, mannitol, xylitol and maltitol.

Very hard to open app

I love this app when you can actually get started on it. I used it for over 28 days, then decided to try tracking my diet on my own, needless to say the app keeps me on track. So, I tried to sign back in, was taken to the M body 360 app, then got messages stating that I can’t use it without a health care professional approval. 🙄
But I’ve already done this and now I can’t get back in. Too bad, I was using the recipes and products from their web site.
