Description

CASA App:

The CASA App works in conjunction with the CASA Website to enable Managers and Technicians to view and update service tickets from the field in real time. Technicians are also able to Accept tickets that are unassigned or assigned to other technicians. Managers are able to view, assign and transfer service tickets from one technician to another. This new version includes: Residential, Commercial and Area service tickets. Commercial technicians are able to add invoice items for the tickets that they are servicing, which can then be approved by the property manager. Service tickets can now be saved without Signatures and submitted once a Tenant is available to sign off on the work completed.



New Features include:

Area Tickets, New Filter Options such as My Tickets and Other Techs, Save ticket without signature, Add/Update invoice items for Commercial tickets, Rate Override for Commercial tickets along with an email to the property manager, Added time of when the ticket was created not just the date, remove need for Unique URLs for iPhone users.
