I signed up for a membership months ago and I have been trying to cancel this subscription with no success. I used the app to manage subscription and they send you an email with instructions on how to cancel. The email then says you have to go to their website and log in to cancel, but the only options are to purchase the subscription or go home. I have tried emailing their customer service only to get more no reply emails on how to cancel. It’s a scam and poor quality designs

I signed up for the free trial to see if this would work for a design project. There wasn’t many design choices so I tried to cancel my subscription. It has become a week long process of me having to go onto their website, email support multiple times and I still haven’t been able to cancel. The cancel button does not click on website and instead of canceling when I emailed support they signed me up for another service. It honestly feels like a scam.

I applied for the 7 day free trial and couldn’t even use it before they were charging for services for bigger amounts than advertised. Within 5 minutes from downloading the app I tried to cancel and couldn’t. App doesn’t work, does not allow me to cancel it following the steps Casa Vista says I should do to cancel. Wrote email to cancel with no response. Had to contact my bank to cancel. Now the only option I apparently have is to cancel my credit card. TOTAL SCAM. Stay away.

I thought I was signing up for a 7 day free trial. I was charged immediately upon sign up. There is also no way to cancel the subscription on the app. Sends you an email to cancel on web version. There is no web version at all. I was able to find a vague link from the app if you would consider that the “web version” and no way to login or cancel that way. This is an utter scam and this app should be deleted!! I have sent multiple emails about refunding me for my free trial they still charged me for and canceling my subscription and no one has responded. This is also strange you can’t cancel the subscription through your Apple account like usual either. They are clearly frauds!! Wish I would have read the reviews first. Guess I just need to contact my bank about the fraudulent charges.

If I could I’ve it 0 stars I would. This app has shady billing practices. It advertises a 7-day free trial followed by $1.25 per week. That is the only pricing shown. I signed up based on that.Despite this, I was charged almost $100 within the first THREE DAYS, during the supposed free trial. There were no disclosures of any upfront fees, add-ons, or one-time purchases anywhere.That alone is unacceptable.What makes it worse is that there is no clear or functional way to unsubscribe, customer support deliberately stalls instead of refunding, they repeatedly claimed they “couldn’t find my account” while cancelling it and emailing me about the cancellation, I keep getting asked for the same information over and over as a delay tacticThis is simply predatory billing. A “free trial” that charges you immediately without disclosure is misleading at best and theft at worst.If you value your money, do not install this app. Once they have your card info, there’s no telling how much or how frequent they will take from your account. I had to remove my card from ApplePay so they couldn’t keep charging it.Two weeks and multiple follow ups later, they have cancelled my subscription but are still not acknowledging my refund request for the unauthorized charges. Seems like there is no interest on their end in refunding me.They need to be removed from the AppStore.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD!!! SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! I had been wanting to try one of the AI interior design apps, and made the mistake of downloading Casavista for a “FREE trial.” I downloaded the app by clicking through an ad. After clicking for the “FREE trial” the app then pops up several add-ons that are NOT included in the “FREE trial,” like a furniture search subscription, style transfer subscription, and no-ads subscription. All of these are separate subscriptions ranging from $19 to $69 per month! One of them charges you $20 right away. The pop-up add-ons come up before you’ve even seen what the app can do, and because you clicked on a “FREE trial” the app deceives you into thinking these features must be included in the 3-day trial. Within less than 1 hour from me downloading the app, I saw the charge on my credit card and reached out to the company explaining that I was surprised I got charged while in the trial period because it was not clear that these features would not be included in the 3-day trial and to please refund my money. After corresponding back and forth with me, they refused to refund the money charged stating that it should have been clear from what was on my screen that these add-on subscriptions were not part of the trial. I decided to post this to save you your money. This app is NOT worth it! To top it all off, in that hour I had tried the app briefly with one room, and it was a joke —its generated image removed a staircase and changed French doors into a hallway.
