It’s awful

I am so frustrated with this app at this point that I am actually writing a review. Long and short it’s stinks. It takes for ever to do anything, and that’s if you can even log in. Every time I have to login I have to request a new password because it tells me that something is wrong in my login. And I know it’s not, because I write it down. And then when I request a new password, it doesn’t even send me the email to refresh a new password. I wish companies would Wise up and use something else

Terrible app

Just an awful app. Terrible user interface, freezes constantly which causes me to start over the billing process. Most of the time I submit a bill it doesn’t actually go through the system even though it looks like it did on my end. This causes a major issue constantly. There’s no search function for doctors. There’s no way to connect to my camera roll so I need a physical copy of my bill every time. Just awful

Just start over

Kicks me out all the time when I’m working on a new bill. My old submitted bills disappear so I. Ant go back to verify prices and po #’s. I should be able to add a picture of a bill sheet from my camera roll. I should not need a physical bill sheet to take a picture of. I should be able to search docs instead of having to scroll through a list of 100. Just nothing intuitive about this process.
