One of the worst apps on my phone

I’ve been forced to used this app for over 5 years now. I don’t know how or why hospitals agree to use it. It’s awful. It’s been awful since my first time using it and they “enhance and update” it what seems like every month and it’s always just as bad. It’s insanely slow. I lose time out of my days having to battle with this app.

Avoid this platform

Unbelievably frustrating that a facility I work at implemented this application. You wouldn’t believe the amount of time I lose trying to get the app to work and submit case information. I lose time doing my actual job and spending time with my family because this app functions so poorly.

It’s awful

I am so frustrated with this app at this point that I am actually writing a review. Long and short it’s stinks. It takes for ever to do anything, and that’s if you can even log in. Every time I have to login I have to request a new password because it tells me that something is wrong in my login. And I know it’s not, because I write it down. And then when I request a new password, it doesn’t even send me the email to refresh a new password. I wish companies would Wise up and use something else
