Caregiver/Responsible Party

This apps has many bugs and lacks intuitiveness. It freezes up a lot, and it doesn’t reset by just logging out and then back in or by restarting your phone. I’ve had to reinstall it at least 6 times in the 2 months my company has been using it. Also, if you have dual roles, like both caregiver and responsible party, you can’t toggle between roles in the app. You have to log out and login again. The developer of this app need to do a major overhaul to make it more functional!

Removed my client/can’t clock in time

The Agency I work for has always used paper timesheets. They then decided to move to this new cashe evv app and unfortunately I am having all kind of issues. My first pay period this app removed my client from my account and so I couldn’t clock in any more hours. I have contacted support team and they were unable to help me, even told me I may have to wait to get payed until the app creator fix this issue. That definitely did not happen because that is unfair and definitely not my fault! Many other people were having the exact same issue the same week but for some reason my account was still stuck. Why is it so hard to just add the client back onto my account? My account still says “No recipients and it is still a issue in the middle of another pay period, and I really hope this issue gets taken care of because it’s really slowing things down. Lucky for me I am allowed to turn paper time sheets in the meantime, but wasn’t expecting such a long wait time for someone “WHO CAN FIX IT” to reach out to fix this issue. Thank you.

Time saver

Once I got into the app and started to play around with it I was amazed at what it could all do. This saves me so much time when entering in my time that I work. It also allows me to be more self directed in the fact that I can see the live budget numbers too! I don’t have to spend hours writing out paper timesheets as my caregivers can just clock in and out on their own. What a win win!
