Regarding that “penguin adventure” have a re-spin feature that anyone can get, from the base game or with emeralds I guess (I honestly don’t know what they are), and if didn’t get the re-spin feature from the emeralds you got back 300 spins(this was when it first came out. Now, that doesn’t happen anymore.) and then the wins on that one plummeted it takes about 400 spins to get the “super bonus” and I only seem to get 75 to 135 spins at most. That is a 1:4 ratio right there. Also I took the time to make a chart on how much you can gain for every slot and average them out. Even though they claim that they make the slots have higher output that only by 3.8-5.4 times greater which may seem great until you look at the probability of winning a Major or Grand and then it’s looks more chance than anything. (Only the developer or people who are actually interested in this should read this, after all, I’m really just saying this slots win rate is going to go down and the other stuff I just said. The app was updated and all my account deleted I currently had over a quad zillion coins i have invested so much money in this game please respond. I have asked for help nothing has been done the dev says apple devices not bound to Facebook are deleted i wish i would have been told before the update

I've been building my credits up for MONTHS and did the app update. It wiped everything out. The least you could do is restore my credits. Let me know when you've done that. I've paid for a lot of them so either restore them or refund my money.
