Why
I can’t use the app. Got notified that starting March 18 the app is no longer available not giving an explanation why. I do t like carrying my card because of the work I do.

Wow what an epic failure
I have the same issues as the other reviewers. App work for the first 3-4 times then all the sudden I can’t get past the telephone verification stage. Says identity can’t be verified try again. Went to the local Cap One Café and they could help. Call customer service and what a joke that was...could help at all was pretty clueless that this CAPITAL ONE app existed. No option for an app tech support nothing. Basically go pound sand. This is to a customer with 3 credit cards, 2 auto loans, checking , and money market account. Told them I was going to pull my business and again they said well that’s all they could do.
