Cassie is an awesome personal trainer that really lets you move at your own pace and always motivates you to keep going. I’ve been online training with her for over 2 years now. I started 2 months PP and currently through my entire second pregnancy. She has changed my life not only physically but mentally as well! If you’re ready for a lifestyle change she’s your girl! 💪🏼💪🏼

This has been hands down the best training program I have ever purchased. I purchased the personal plan and got to work with Cassi as my trainer! She is so grounded and understanding and will do anything to help a sister out! Best thing she taught me was how to engage certain muscles and how to be patient with progress! 🧡🧡
