I have used this app to help me process some big emotions. I have used it to help me problem solve some issues and come up with conversation “starters” to help with those hard to have conversations. I am also able to the journal and reflect on how things went and together with the app, learn how to work on both myself and how to work on building better communication skills, emotional intelligence and dealing with daily life. I highly recommend this app!
