Dear human.

It is required that you bring me this new cat toy. I have heard that it has a mouse that squeaks, a butterfly that flaps, a spider that splats and a laser pointer, and that all these react to my paw's touch. I am intrigued. Bring this toy to me and I will see whether it amuses me to play with it.

So cute

My cat now thinks a mouse lives in my ipod. She was clawing and digging, trying to get in or under at the squeaking, gnawing critter. I do agree that making the mouse a little faster would be better, or adding customizable speed options - but that's just because my kitty loses interest/gets bored with lots of things quickly. No interest in the laser or spider beyond first glance, her favorites are definitely the moth and mouse. Mouse more than moth, because she likes sounds and is dying to know where the thing goes when off-screen.

Was so funny. I had to congratulate her and laugh tons, she was playing her first video game. Maybe now she will understand why I spend so many hours staring at a screen, I'm obviously chasing virtual mice! ='^-^'=

I'm not going to lie -- my cat was intrigued by this app right away. If the device could sense when there was a cat nose a millimeter from the screen, then the app would've reacted more to my cat's interest, when we tried the moth/flutter. He loved the sound of the mouse/squeak, but he thought my fingers were making the sound, and bit me a hundred times as I made it squeak. And when I tried the laser pointer, he finally touched the screen and made it buzz. Here's the thing though--after that, he wanted to bat my iPhone across the room, and that's not OK. :-) 4 stars for the thoughtful novelty. Thanks!

Great Fun, and Free!

There's little cuter than watching my cats obsess over this toy. I set my iPhone on the ground and they'll obsess over it together. Sometimes they go after the little rat or spider together, and sometimes they just sit and watch it like a TV. It's great for mornings when I get a late start and don't have time for a full play session.

The bit of extra scratching after the mouse runs off the screen is genius. That little touch sets it apart from some of the other cat apps. Thank you for making this free! If you did an update with retina graphics and borderless display on newer devices, I'd gladly pay.
