Not iPhone 11 Pro Ready

Having a very hard time pressing the buttons at the top left and right of the screen makes it hard when I’m working a deal... been a huge deal for a lot of my coworkers since we use this all time. Please fix. Other than that it’s not too bad as a mobile CRM

App Is Not Good

Super unreliable to upload videos on. Sometimes the app doesn’t open, sometimes it does. It takes a large amount of time to upload videos either on or off WiFi and I’ve check internet speeds which are more than capable of uploading videos.

The worst is when I upload a video and then at the end I get a video upload failure after waiting ten minutes to upload a 1:00 video. Text2Drive is the better uploading app for dealerships. Catalyst does have better resolution but it just never works. It takes 6-8 tries to upload videos. What a nightmare.

Glitchy

Have been using this app for some time. Need it for work and it has not worked for over a week. It is something I use multiple times though out the day. Only thing I hear is “we’re working on an update” 😳
