Don’t Bother

The actual software works really well on the website, and they’re very open to customization, but this is the worst app in the App Store. If this app was a singer you’d want to throw rocks at it...think William Hung singing the worst of Yoko Ono’s songs.

Terrible App and Marginal Software

You get what you pay for. Cayzu is a cloud based help desk solution that is extremely buggy, performs very slow at most times, and is down/offline frequently. The best attribute is the very low price when compared to the big players like ZenDesk.
