The improvements and corrections in this release include: users are alerted on the Login screen if there is no internet connection available, small visual issues were fixed, language translations will update as expected, an order in the past can be viewed successfully, Tomorrow is only displayed as a meal when applicable, and Refresh on Tomorrow’s tab works as expected.

Buggy!

This would be so convenient if it worked every time. I could get it to take one order a day possibly, but it would crash as soon as I placed the order. Every time i logged back in, it crashed. It would crash if i didnt get the order in fast enough also.

Worked great for me

I am not sure why so many people had such a difficult time using the app. It worked great for me. It took me a minute to figure out how to make an account but once I figured it out this app made ordering meals a breeze for the whole 2 days I was in the hospital (for anyone struggling trying to make an account follow the instructions on the back of the hard copy of the hospital cafe menu the hospital gives you. I somehow managed to over look those institutions my first few attempts trying to make an account).
I really loved that the app had a picture for each of the food menu items, and that it could let you physically see your order before sending it in. It really helped me be more decisive and ensure I didn’t forget anything I wanted 😊

Difficult to Use

Day 1: It was easy to sign up. I was so excited about this app because I wouldn’t have to call and wait on hold or feel rushed on the phone about placing my food orders! The first day I sign up for this service, I was able to get on and actually browse ONCE! I had to close out because I had a phone call so I logged back in and everything that I added to my “cart” had disappeared! I also couldn’t get the whole page to load very fast and once it did then when I would try and go back to another section then I’d loose parts of another section of the menu! UGH!!! So FRUSTRATING!!!
Day 2: I tried again at breakfast and everything loaded beautifully! One problem the build your own omelet option isn’t available on the app, UGH! So I ordered the wrong omelet and had to end up call down to dietary anyway!!! So, it’s fun to look at if I can get it to load but not a good idea to actually place your order with because it messes things up!!!
