This official U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) application is designed for those interested in a career with CBP. CBP employs a variety of frontline positions--Border Patrol Agents, Customs and Border Protection Officers, Agricultural Specialists, Air Interdiction Agents, Aviation Enforcement Agents and Marine Interdiction Agents—to protect the American people and national economy, and safeguard the U.S. air, land and maritime borders.
Using the app, you can search for recruitment events in your area and contact a CBP recruiter. Once you’ve applied and been tentatively selected for a frontline position, the CBP Jobs app allows you to track your progression throughout the hiring process. The app features an easy-to-use interface and provides notifications as you move from one phase of the hiring process to the next.
CBP Jobs offers a reliable, secure, and effective way to connect with a CBP recruiter and ensure you’re up-to-date on your hiring status and on your way to becoming a part of the homeland’s defense.

Failed to connect to internet.
Just this last week app started saying I’m in offline mode and to connect to internet. I’m connected to the internet. Tried restarting phone, turning cellular data on and off, and even deleting and re-installation app. Still won’t work. When the app is working, it’s great
App failed to connect to server message
Tried to access the app numerous time on multiple days. Receive a “App failed to connect to server”. “You are in offline mode. You must connect to internet and restart the app to login....” I have restarted, I am connected to the internet. Still unable to access. Receive this message on multiple devices. Unable to see my current hiring process status due to not being able to get not the app for tracking. Was a good app until this issue began
No Academy start date
The last 3 updates said they would give you an estimated academy start date. Still not there. Developer responded and stated it was a mistake to leave academy start dates included in the update description. Thanks for the response, knowingly they did not even need to give one.

Including an estimated Academy start date would be ideal; however at this time, we’re unable to ensure a precise start date, so we removed the feature.
