Overall

I enjoy playing this game in my free time but the problem is in the season mode I can advance to the finals but I would still end losing even though I am 10 overall points higher I don’t understand why I lose those games I have also been upgrading my plays and defense plays

It's not unusual to lose to a team with a lower rating. The OVRs on the teams are there to give you a relative idea of your team's strength compared to the opponents. How the specific players' skill ratings interact with each other and against the opponents is what determines wins and losses. Contact support through the app if you have any questions.

Too Many Bugs

I’ve been playing for a while and was having a lot of fun unlocking new players and upgrading my existing ones, but recently there have been a lot of bugs. My daily activities no longer count towards getting a legendary coin, stats aren’t counting towards season achievements, and my season has ended but I can’t advance to playoffs or next season.

Fix these issues and it would definitely be a 5 star game! Very fun, but the bugs make it difficult to continue playing.

Far worse than Franchise Football

“I play both football and basketball and find that only football has direct legend selection. It will cost so many coins to have an ultimate player. Even if you can have a decent team, your opponents can always beat you at the same time. I prefer the football one over this pathetic game.”

Thank you for your reply regarding the latter complaint. But still haven’t answered why franchise basketball has no direct legend selection? Is is so hard to add it on? Or it is a great way to make profits since we may use hundreds of coins simply to get only one certain legend?
