Ok honest truth

Im 13 dealing with a lot rn and honestly this app really helps 100% with work family and stuff going on in my head and body I have had this app a while and I just want y’all to know your never alone I wish u noting but the best in life and remember there’s always someone who needs u here as much as u need someone sometimes it’s best if u let things go the way the ( god/whoever u believe in )plans it to go because your not alone you may not know someone but someone In life is waiting for you now make your last wish and make it special because you never know when it could be your last . Get this app

Awesome app!

This app is really is well planned and has awesome features. I’ve used CBT/DBT before, and the apps exercises capture it perfectly. It also explains them really well!

That said, the price is a little steep. If you like the trial and can afford it, definitely subscribe.
