Description
Hygiene Management Pro from RATIONAL is based on the digital kitchen management system ConnectedCooking and
automates and simplifies kitchen, hygiene and quality processes and creates the security that a kitchen operator needs on a daily basis.
The app offers comprehensive features, such as digital checklists for monitoring your operation. In combination with wireless core probes, thermometers and sensors, checks become child's play and the possibility of manipulation is minimized.
IMPORTANT: Please note that access to the ConnectedCooking App is required to use the Hygiene Management Pro App. Please contact your responsible hygiene officer or RATIONAL for this.
