Most useful features are absent
Only allowing access to a limited number of files in Document is a huge hindrance. Also there's no search capabilities for Document which renders it useless most of the time.
There's also no access to Workstream. I can't think of a better use of this app than to be able to see the status of a project on the fly.
Overall very disappointed in the app, which is just a continuation of my experience with their Axcess products in general.
Could easily be better
our main point of using this app is to enter time occasionally when on the go. However it is almost unusable because it does not include service code numbers only service code names. Because many of our service codes for different types of work are almost identically named and they don't have service codes it becomes impossible to select the right service code and thus we can use it to post time. Please add the numbers to the service code selection field.
I really like the app. It’s simple and straight to the point for time capture and work stream. It has recently crashed for some reason unknown to CCH. However they have jumped right on figuring out what is going on.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
