20% of the time (when everything is working) it's SO HELPFUL. I wish it was reliable. My daughter is in high school and half the year she is waiting in the cold and dark for the bus. This is terrible when the bus is usually 15 minutes late but surprise! sometimes on time or even up to 10 minutes early! Knowing where the bus is ~15 minutes before scheduled pickup allows her to stay home where it's light and warm a little longer. We can get her to the stop at the perfect time. It works like that about one day a week.

The other 4 days of the week the app only says "waiting to identify bus" and never changes. So she has to get to the bus stop 10 minutes earlier than the schedule says and in all likelihood then wait nearly 30 minutes for the 15 minute late bus when it's cold and dark outside. It's sad and depressing for these poor kids that are already struggling. A system/app that is reliable would be make their very early mornings just a little better.

I dislike how you have to exit and re-enter the bus schedule in order to see the updated location of the bus. Today I did that and it stated that the bus wasn’t there or even close by, when I checked for the last time where the bus was it stated that the bus had already arrived at the school. Mind you I was there at the bus stop on time and the app did not show that it was close by. I had to drive my daughter to school myself

The app was doing a decent job up until a week or two ago where it won’t detect the bus location anymore. Update: I sent an email to support and they were great about responding and explaining the issue. Issue was fixed in time they said it would be. App runs well and I’m sure there’s room for improvement but since I have nothing to compare it to, I have no suggestions. It does what it needs to do.
