Description
CDRepeat provides the user with a mechanism for setting a work interval, a rest interval, and the number of times to repeat the work/rest interval. In addition, the app provides a 5 second warning when both the work and rest intervals are about to expire. The work interval sound is different and distinct from the rest interval sound.

Amazingly small HIIT timer
No idea how I found this app. I think it's great for HIIT exercise timer. It has a list of favorites, it could be a bit more polished UI on that screen.
But super cool 518KB?! I didn't know apps could be built smaller than 60MB after iOS 10. Nice.
