I just got my first ATM and download your app and want to continue to proceed, but it seems like your app is so outdated and there is little issues that can be fixed, but it seems like nobody is doing anything about it, I know as a big company this isn’t your first issue, but there are many people that use it and would like to see something not as outdated as what we have been given. This should be something that should be handled because of the amount of people that have said some thing, but yet nothing has been done. When will we see a change?
Very buggy and iterations are rare. FIX THE "REMEMBER ME?" OPTION ALREADY...
8/7 Update: the “remember me” function still does not work. I think it’s been 3 years... what a disgrace
First update in a while came out over the wknd, that version wouldn't allow you to login due to an error. New update comes out last night, and now the "remember me" function now longer works. These guys can't seem it get the easy stuff right, which concerns me about the more complex aspects of the app...
Login Issues & User Interface
So many problems with login. Even there is an option for “Remember Me” but you need to manually login every time you open the app. The app usually or always bugging to close itself but whenever I try to login. User Interface is also incredibly terrible. I can’t believed there is a company that made this bad kind of app expects their company to grow.
