Some good, some bad
The app seems to work well at locating you relative to the trail, which is critical for the CDT. The elevation charts are handy too. The main issues I have are the following:
1) App crashes every time I try to load water resources onto the map.
2) I haven’t used this on the trail yet, but I can’t figure out if there’s a way to tell how far I am from other waypoints. There is some attempt to provide this information on the elevation charts but it seems way too cumbersome to be practical.
Worth to try!
I really only use this to look up trails. It works for what I need it for. I love the descriptions, the tag for levels of intensity.
So many hiking trails that I would have never known about otherwise. I'm very excited to try them all out. Awesome!
