Not so good
The whole reason to have this app is mobile deposit. But it keeps telling me to rotate the check and try again. This has been going on for months.
A fix would be really nice.
Depending on the time of day, the mobile website AND app will give you inaccurate information such as "available balance". Then they charge you a $32 fee for "insufficient funds" transactions when "available funds" more than covers the total amount, however, there's HIDDEN amounts which you don't see. Called customer service and asked why it says "AVAILABLE balance" but the funds isn't available. They said I need to "rely on balancing my checkbook. 1) I carry a debit ycard. Not a debit card and a checkbook. 2) What I rely on is my bank providing me accurate information about my account and not blaming me for their inaccuracies. and 3) I check my account EVERY SINGLE TIME before making a purchase. Seriously. How hard is it to provide customers with the correct information?! If your website is unavailable for maintenance or updates, shut it down during that time. Don't say I have this available balance then tell me something different a few minutes later then charge me a fee and say it's my fault.
Password is NOT the same as for the website.
The app worked fine once I found out that the "Password" the mobile app asks for is NOT the same as the password needed for Online Banking (the website). Typically it's a 4-digit number, and it's sometimes (confusingly) referred to as a PIN, sometimes as a Password.
I'm deducting a star because I feel this wasn't made at all clear, and I experienced so much time and frustration being repeatedly locked out of the app for using a password which I knew worked perfectly well at the website. So, more clarity please. Even now it's unclear to me whether your mobile "password" can be set to anything other than a 4-digit number; tech support thought it could be up to 15 characters, but so far I've only gotten 4-digit numbers to work.
