App is helpful and does what I need it to do. The TouchID feature keeps forgetting my fingerprint, however. The only way to fix it is to delete the app and re-download, which isn’t ideal. This “fix” works until it forgets my fingerprint again. I have an app from the same developer for another bank and it does the same thing.
Re-reviewing for the 3rd (or something) time
Okay Century has seriously listened to these replies and improved their app. In light of that, FYI Century: I’m currently having an issue with Touch ID though. I keep setting it up and I never get prompted to use it when I launch the app. Used to work fine but stopped an update (I believe) ago. Pretty sure that’s a bug and not a basic design flaw, so it’s a forgivable, if annoying thing...
One change I would definitely like to see still is (and if you add this don’t get rid of your previous app updates because they’re good) if I’m looking at my account history, tapping on a transaction and opening some kind of transaction detail screen would be very helpful. This is mostly due to retailers DBA being different than their store name etc. and being able to see my payment memos without being in the bill pay section of the site-it can get confusing. This is why the app lost the one star.
Beyond that I’m digging all the updates and the work that’s been into the app, it’s come a very long way, good job everyone!
Love the app bc most transactions get posted right away. Annoyed that Touch ID doesn’t work.
