Ok app but is lacking
This app is ok as a substitute to the main website if you cannot access your computer but that is all. There are no mobile options such as the ability to make remote deposits that most serious banking apps have as a standard feature. Hopefully these are in development and I would give it a higher rating.
Poor app, pitiful bank
App: atrocious small font, primitive format statements, and in general a poor substitute for the browser website (which itself is nothing to brag about).
The “contact” link both in the app and on the website is virtually useless: usually no response, or in the rare instance there is one, it is from someone who has not read and understood the simply-worded message sent. (Stick to one or two syllables in the active voice, present tense, with no conjunctions, and no complex phrases, and *maybe* you’ll get through.)
Since inception of the account I have had periodic transactions in checking via handwritten check, online and via use of the debit card. I have printed copies of statements to verify this. Also, the associated savings account has had periodic (however small—1 cent) deposits from the bank as interest. Today I received a “dormant account” notice from the bank regarding the savings account, threatening a $10 monthly service charge. Outrageous. I will close my account tomorrow.
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
