Bad App
I have not been able to successfully access my accounts with this app. Worked for a few months and not working reliably for last few months
The app stopped working
About a week ago the app stopped working, when I try to log on I get a message that says “we are unable to obtain the security questions needed to confirm your identity.” After I called the bank the lady told me to delete and reinstall the app and that the IT guy has had no complaints similar to mine. The app still isn’t working. I’m debating on switching banks altogether due to the poor customer service and lack of concern for this issue.

It is user friendly for most part and doesn’t have many updates required.
