App No Longer Loads

App was great for checking my next due date. Now the sign in screen just spins and spins. The actual website is worse and does not tell you a due date.

Company is A1, Website is simple, App is horrendous

I’ve been use CESI for almost a year and they’ve been amazing with how they’ve helped pay down CC debt. BUTTT the website’s UI looks and feels like it was made in the early 2000’s. It’s outdated and they need an overhaul in design, it’s not intuitive or helpful in the way they have certain things labeled or categorized. Nonetheless it’s workable for 90% of their user base to function. Now the app is a whole different story, I’ve never been able to get in. It says “Login Failed” even though it’s the same Username/email and Password. And I see many others have this issues and many more. Seems like they don’t have the funds or just don’t care to overhaul at least one of them to make it easier for their users. All in all, great company, HORRIBLE UI for both their website and app.

Doesn’t Work At All

The company itself is great. This web portal does not and has not worked for a couple of years. You get to the “I’m a human” test and it totally locks. It has some kind of weird system unlike Captcha with pictures that is frozen upon opening. A portal a client can’t open is useless.
