Fix The Verification Process!
I won’t be as harsh on stars for verification, however, you need to get this issue fixed. I have (literally) had to re-do the verification process over 4 different times. You ask for additional info yet, when we try to submit, it will not accept new pic. Guys, read the reviews, they are telling you the issues. Lets get these glitches worked out! You have a great concept but, you’re losing customers daily as your verification process is a bit over the top. There are now numerous other projects becoming available daily to buy crypto on using bank/credit/debit/paypal etc. If you want the debit card pictured next to the ID card (which is unnecessary seeing as how the the ID and debit card have to be verified individually, hence showing you that the 2 are linked to the person) make sure the process of submitting the new pic is working to accept it. Otherwise, consider losing the pic of ID BACK/DEBIT CARD. I gave up trying as the price if BTC slowly rose out of the buy zone I was shooting for. I have since been verified on Coinbase and Abra, hence, making it obsolete for me to again attempt your verification process.

Our users are of the highest priority for us, however, international and local regulations require CEX.IO to implement effective internal procedures in accordance with international standards for preventing illegal activity. One of them is customer due diligence (“CDD”). According to CDD, CEX.IO establishes its own verification procedures within the standards of anti-money laundering and “Know Your Customer” frameworks.
What about the issue with the not accepted photo, kindly provide us with your user ID, so we could investigate your particular case more closely and do our best to resolve it.
Charged TWICE for unsuccessful transaction
Tried to pay 1st time, said it was unsuccessful. I looked at my account it had already been charged so how?? Just off some dummy move, I decided maybe if I hit proceed payment it would give me my coins. SIKE! It didn’t. You know what did go through my money so now I’m short 400 and coinless. REFUND ME NOW AND FIX THIS!! No response either this smells like a scam

Thanks for the review and sorry for any inconveniences. We'd like to mention that no funds would be charged by CEX.IO if the transaction wasn't confirmed. The money though could have been deducted from your bank account and stay somewhere in the correspondent's bank, however, such payments are usually automatically returned to the sender's account. So, we recommend you contacting your bank with this matter and will appreciate if you update your review accordingly. Also, feel welcome to provide us with your user ID so we could check your CEX.IO account on our end.
If your from the U.S. stay away
I bought some $trx tron using prepaid debit which is pretty cool. I went to withdraw my crypto. Had to do KYC, I’m like okay I did took about 2-3 days. So I’m excited I can withdraw my Tron and play some dapps. I put in a support ticket they literally replied every time using an automated bot response. I asked for a refund or a different crypto I could withdraw. They said their team was working on a fix it’s been a month. I read reviews and people said this is typical they let you sign up and buy them hold your funds for months if your from the U.S. don’t do it save time and a headache and a bunch of emails with bot responses.
